Mr. Nyrölä is the CIO of Talomon Capital.
Mr. Nyrölä’s started his private equity career at EQT, a European private equity firm with €100+bn in raised capital where he worked for the TMT team for 11 years based both in Munich and in Helsinki.
Mr. Nyrölä has co-founded two technology startups as a Founding Chairman, including Titanbay, a fintech private markets platform enabling sophisticated private investors, private banks, and asset managers access the private equity asset class.
Mr. Nyrölä started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and holds a M.Sc. degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Mr. Antoniak is a Director at Talomon Capital.
Previously, Mr. Antoniak worked at Letterone Capital, a $23bn private equity fund in London where he was a Vice President sourcing and executing investments across technology, media, and telecoms in Europe.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at TDR Capital, a €15bn private equity fund in London. Mr. Antoniak began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London in the technology, media and telecoms team. Mr. Antoniak holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Finance from Cass Business School in London.

Mr. Grigorey is the COO of Talomon Capital.
He has over 20 years of experience in the asset management space, and most notably built the operational infrastructure of Brevan Howard while serving as the firm’s Global Head of Operations for 11 years with $41bn in assets under management in 2014.
Mr. Grigorey started his career as a custodian and has also worked at Salomon Brothers, Citi Asset Management, Cognis Capital and ITI Asset Management in COO and Head of Operations roles.

Mr. Courtneidge is responsible for Investor Relations at Talomon Capital.
Previously, Mr. Courtneidge worked at Portland Hill based in London for 3 years, where he was in Investor Relations focusing on asset raising. Portland Hill is an investment management firm managing $1bn in September 2017 across funds focusing on Equity Long Short and Event Driven investment opportunities.
Mr. Courtneidge holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Nottingham, and a M.Sc. in Economic History from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Sugden is an Associate at Talomon Capital.
Mr. Sugden worked at Societe Generale running tailored market data analysis whilst automating workflows and performing key performance analysis, previously interning at Equinox Energy Capital, a Mayfair-based Private Equity firm.
Mr. Sugden holds a B.Sc. in Business Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Jones is an Operating Partner at Talomon Capital.
Mr. Jones has over 20 years of hands-on operational and transformation experience founded upon a deep technology background and the experience of leading digitally-enabled business transformations across multiple sectors.
Mr. Jones has spent over 10 years in private equity as a senior advisor (EQT) and has held various roles throughout his career, including COO of Scout24 Group and Director Web 2.0 for BBC.

Mr. Mehta is an Operating Partner at Talomon Capital.
Mr. Mehta has 19 years experience spanning the digital, product and consumer spaces through world leading companies, private equity and start-ups. Mr. Mehta spent a number of years at Amazon as Head of Consumables and Media Marketplace, before moving to private equity where he joined BC Partners as an Operating Partner.
Most recently, Mr. Mehta led start-up Sonder’s expansion helping secure $225m in Series D funding and was appointed the COO for Numan. Mr. Mehta holds an MEng from the University of Maryland and MBA from IMD.
